coming back for more

When we developed and built our first custom home over ten years ago (see lamptonhouse.blogspot.com), we had the time of our lives. We had plenty of time, no kids, no huge obligations, and no traumatic prior building experiences to hinder our utopic idea of building a "dream home." We were quickly grounded in reality with timelines, budgets, and physical limitations to what can (or should) be built in our neighborhood. However, we obviously had a great experience, and have enjoyed our home all these years that we are coming back for more. We just closed on another lot and looking to develop another home in a great neighbood. We hear it has some great neghbors...we should know, it is on the next street over!
